• May Carol Lieblong
    May Carol Lieblong has over 40 years of experience in the education field. In the past, she has served as a teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Safe and Drug Free Schools Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent and Interim Superintendent in public schools in both Arkansas and Texas. In addition, she has also taught Health Education, Test and Management, Educational Psychology and History of Education at the college-level. May has presented at state, regional and national conventions. Her training specialties include strategic planning, team building, classroom management, cognitive coaching and grant writing.
  • Melanie Crowder
    Melanie Crowder is a National Board Certified Teacher with over 30 years of experience. She has served as a classroom teacher, a reading specialist and an academic coach, and has been a positive influence in supporting and guiding teachers to analyze data and plan effective, differentiated instruction. Melanie has also been a powerful resource in providing activities that engage and motivate students.  Her goal is to empower teachers by providing them with multiple strategies to “fasten onto” their instructional tool belts.
  • Melissa Field
    Melissa Field teaches fourth, fifth and seventh grade Mathematics in Phoenix, AZ. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Oakland University in Mathematics, Language Arts and Elementary Education and is currently working toward her Masters Degree in Secondary Education as well as Speech and Language Pathology. With five years of SMART board experience in both professional and classroom settings, Melissa enjoys incorporating her passion for music, reading, art and photography into the classroom and her SMART board lessons.
  • Molina Walters
    Dr. Molina Walters, known as Dr. Mo, is a nationally recognized science educator/consultant with over 30 years of experience in academia. Mo has served as an elementary teacher, a science educator at the middle and high school levels, a university professor of elementary and secondary science methods both at the undergraduate and graduate levels and as a professional staff development consultant. She has a passion for learning and teaching, and has traveled extensively nationally as well as internationally sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for science and education with teachers, administrators, students, parents and children. Currently a professor at Arizona State University, Mo runs a science club for formal, informal and home school educators and has hosted over 100 Family Science Nights at local schools in Arizona, engaging thousands of families in hands-on science activities.
  • Rebecca Fuchs
    Rebecca Fuchs holds a Bachelors of Education in English and a Masters of Education with Reading Specialization from Arizona State University. She has been a middle school teacher for over 25 years and has taught English, Gifted & Talented and Remedial and Accelerated Reading as well as Art. In addition, she has also taught high school English and writing at the college level. Rebecca directed the National Writing Project for the University of Wyoming for many years, facilitated teacher institutes for that program and also organized and directed numerous satellite teacher writing workshops throughout Wyoming. Other professional highlights include membership to the Wyoming State Writing Assessment Teacher Team, being awarded a National Endowment Award and giving numerous presentations at national and state conferences. Rebecca currently teaches at Lucile Erwin Middle School where she also serves as a curriculum coordinator.
  • Rebecca Lee
    Rebecca Lee holds a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership with P-12 Principal Certification from City University and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Child Development from Western Washington University. She currently serves as an Elementary Instructional Specialist and Instructional Coach, focusing on literacy instruction, cooperative structures and Robert Marzano’s High Yield Strategies. Her areas of expertise include 6+ Traits Writing, Emergent Literacy Instruction, RtI: Reading Fluency Intervention Strategies and Writing Across the Curriculum. Rebecca’s mission is to awaken and nurture the passion for learning within students, lead her colleagues in the pursuit of excellence and continue to cultivate her own personal and professional growth.
  • Robert Anderson
    Dr. Rob Anderson holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. He is an innovative principal with over 15 years of experience at the secondary level. Dr. Anderson has presented across the country on a variety of topics, and his specialties include educational leadership and instructional best practices. He currently serves as principal of Lake Nona Middle School and Lake Nona High School, both located in southeast Orlando, Florida.
  • Sandy Peacock
    Sandy Peacock is a former Curriculum Director and Teacher Trainer for the Peoria Unified School District in Glendale, Arizona. She has more than 30 years of teaching experience from the elementary to university level, and has served on numerous curriculum committees and state task forces. Sandy is a popular seminar speaker and consultant to schools, school districts and the Arizona State Department of Education.
